Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. During sales, holidays or busy periods, processing times may be longer. Psychic, tarot, oracle and mediumship readings are completed within the timeframe stated on the product listing or booking confirmation. Shipping We currently ship throughout Australia. International shipping may be available on selected products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Delivery Times Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order is placed. Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. SoulStone.co is not responsible for delays, lost parcels or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping carrier. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control. Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include: Your order number Photos of the damaged item Photos of the packaging We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Authority to Leave If you select or request Authority to Leave, SoulStone.co is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after they have been delivered to the nominated address. Pre-Orders Products marked as Pre-Order will be dispatched once stock arrives. Estimated dispatch dates are listed on the product page where possible. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
